Game Times

Monday through Thursday there are two draws early draw to commence at 6:50 p.m. and the late draw at 9:00 p.m.

All games will be eight ends, except that a bell will be rung at 8:30 p.m. on the early draw and at 10:45 p.m. on the late draw. The bell will limit the game to the end in play and one more, with a maximum of eight ends. An end will be deemed completed, and the next end in play, when the last rock of an end crosses the nearest sweeping line at the point of delivery. In the event of a tie the game will proceed until a point is scored to decide a winner.

Season Format

There will be 19 games in the regular season, in three rounds.

Round ‘1’ consists of two divisions, A & B, for 9 games of round robin play. Round ‘2’ and ‘3’ consists of four divisions. A,B,C, D and consists of 5 games of round robin play with one interlocking game between A & B and C & D in each round.

(A1 vs. B1, C1 vs. D1, and A2 vs. B2…etc). After each round, teams will be reseeded based on the points earned.

Points earned in each division are as follows:

A division win = 20 points, A loss = 10 points

B division win = 20 points, B loss = 10 points

C division win = 20 points, C loss = 10 points

D division win = 20 points, D loss = 10 points

Interlock games – Wins earn higher point value, Losses earn lower point value.

The Club Championship will see the four top point teams from Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights earning berths in this event plus the two top teams from Wednesday night. Two wildcard teams will also be added from any night with the highest point standing. This will round out the number of teams in this event.

This is a 30 game Men’s Championship Event. The last team alive on the “A” side without a loss from their respective night will be the night’s Champion. The “A” side winner will not play on the “B” side thus resulting in a A-B final. This would be the Men’s Club Championship Game for the last night of curling.

Consolation and Beer Event

The Consolation will be a 53 game single knock out event made up of all the teams that did not make the Club Championship.

The Beer Event will be a 28 game single knock out event made up of all the teams that lost their first game in the Consolation Championship
